All Everpure Items Ordered are Shipped Directly from our Warehouse Facillity in Boca Raton, Florida, with the exception of the Larger Everpure Systems, & ALL Oasis Tri Palm Products that must be Dropped Shipped to your Home or Business.
We offer 100% FREE Ground Shipping on all Everpure Products with a combined total of over $200 before shipping fees are added, and all orders must ship to a verifed US address in the continental 48 states, and will be shipped through UPS and or FedEx Ground services.
Please Note: We must collect and charge additional shipping fees for any and all orders with elevated shipping costs for all orders heading to Canada, Overseas, & for all orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping fees will vary based on weight and location, & for online & phone orders, a flat fee & base charge of $9.95 will be applied for any minimum Everpure releated order under $200.
For all orders headed to a APO or AP address, additional fees will be added t your order as applicable for each order, and as deemed necessary.
Upgraded & Expedited Shipping will cost extra is only offered when & where it is applicable.

NOTE: ALL Oasis & Tri Palm Products carry a minimum $85.00 additional shipping fee for Freight Charges and Insurance and is non returnable in the event of a cancellation or refusal, as it is applicable and as shown on all of the content pages for all Oasis & Tri Palm Products. Please note, we do cover 1/3rd of all Oasis Freight Charges already, and as well, any and all Oasis / Tri Palm orders are completely covered 100% with complete and full warranty protection through Oasis freight shipping and insurance.
Superwater Return Policy:
All Returns must have either a prior verbal and written notification before they are shipped back to us. Any and all items MUST be returned as new, and no less than 30 days from your original date of purchace.
Returned items will be subject to a 30% restocking fee of the purchaced price, & all special order items will be subject to a 50% restocking fee, in addition we will recover all extended shipping costs involved, as well, this fee applies regardless of wether or not the item has been used or opened.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that cancellations are done for a variety of reasons, order cancellations through our website must be completed via phone, and via internet with in 24 hours of placing your order, hence, there will be no charge if your order is cancelled with in 24 hours of the time of your original order, and, you will not be charged a fee. PLEASE NOTE: Once we have processed your order through the banking system we must impose and cover a 5% cancellation fee on your total order. Due to extraneous and various bank fees associated with processing and then re-crediting orders, you will be held responsible for your original order, and the subsequent credit issued and returned on your card regardless of the situation for any cancellation that we are not privy to with in a 24 hour time period.
Price Match Policy:
Superwater.com tries very hard to have the lowest prices in accordance with our Free Shipping on most orders, and, discounted shipping for other orders. We will do our best to earn your business properly.
Given the dynamic nature of the marketplace, it is near impossible to stay on top of the current lowest prices. As a practice, we DO NOT price match.
